Noel John Peters is the Managing Director and Company Secretary of Conco Systems Pty Ltd.

Conco Systems Pty Ltd is the Australian contingent of a worldwide group of Conco companies providing unparalleled Heat Exchanger services. Conco Systems Pty Ltd specifically captures the Australian, New Zealand, South East Asian, Indian & Chinese markets.

Instrumental in the substantial growth of Conco Systems Pty Ltd over the past six years, initially as General Manager, Noel offers a unique acumen developed from both technical and commercial knowledge and experiences.

Commencing his career as a Fitting and Machining tradesperson at Bayswater Power Station (Australia’s largest generating facility), Noel quickly expanded his technical skills with a Mechanical Engineering Diploma and a Purchasing/Logistics Certificate. As a result of promotions to Coal Contracts Administrator and Inventory Controller, Noel began to build a commercial foundation which he grew with attendance at the University of Newcastle Bachelor of Commerce program. Complimenting this, the completion of a Management Diploma and General Manager program at the University of New South Wales has positioned Noel to continue to facilitate the global development of the Conco companies and brands.

Noel is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
