Stephen Butcher

Stephen has been employed by Conco for six years in the roles of Technical Representative and Oceania Business Development Manager. Stephen's carreer began with the NSW railway as a Fitter Machinist, before becoming the Workshop Mechanical Engineer at the Cardiff maitenenace workshop. During this time Stephen successfully completed a Mechanical Engineering Certificate.

For the past 22 years Stephen has been involved in Technical Sales and Service within the Mining and Power industries in the Asia Pacific area, holding roles including Field Service Support , Product and Service Manager, Technical and Estimating Engineer. Over the years Stephen has endured many high pressure sales/service training seminars from Australian Institue of Management to Dale Carnegie programs.

Stephen has also successfully designed, built and competed in his own open wheeler racing cars in several state and national events and is currently both the state and national Formula Vee champion.
