Aaron Sumskis

Aaron Sumskis commenced employment with Conco Systems in 2008 as a Field Service Technician. This entailed assisting or leading teams in delivering all the core services that Conco provides for its customers across the Asia Pacific region. Some of these duties included tube cleaning, leak detection, NDT, re-tubing as well as the construction and assembly of new heat exchanger tube bundles. Aaron’s experience has seen him work from aluminum refineries in Tasmania and platforms off the west Australian coast to power stations deep in the Philippine jungle. In addition to delivering core services Aaron has provided demonstrations and training for international customers, partners and agents from the dry dock yards of Dubai to chemical plants in Singapore. 

Aaron has completed a diploma of project management and progressed to a project management role where he oversaw several re-tubing, new construction and assembly of heat exchanger projects. Aaron is currently the Field Services Manager for Conco Systems Pty Ltd, and looks after the daily operations of the service teams whilst remaining active in the field when required. Completion of a Certificate IV in frontline management studied with Leadership Management Australia compliments his role.
