Conco has made safety a top priority within our company and will continue to push for our program to become an industry leader in safety. In 2021 we had a record number of BBS submissions, which shows us that our employees are buying in. We achieved 1 million manhours recordable and lost time injury free. We have achieved three consecutive years with "Perfect Records" as described by the National Safety Council. We've invested in new safety technology to assist with our proactive safety efforts and our Safety Department has set a goal for Conco Services LLC. to become ISO 45001 certified. We have said that we want to be an industry leader in safety, and we mean it!

We are very proud of the achievements detailed above but most importantly these accomplishments and goals mean that we are striving to provide our employees with the safest work environment possible. In 2022 we will continue these efforts and continue to find continuous improvement opportunities. That is not only our responsibility as an employer but also something we see as a moral obligation. "Safer. Faster. Cleaner. Greener." is our mission but this statement also illustrates our commitment to safety being first above all.
